Objective:through the taiyuan city 3 armour hospital Man Si disease hospital patients for home care needs and influence factors analysis to understand Man Si disease status of discharge of the patient’s home care needs, and for the future development of taiyuan city home nursing and provides some references for the government decision-making.Methods:Through literature, expert group discussion and interview questionnaire revised in discharged patients; With crowns Bach coefficient alpha, test reliability and validity of CVI value; SPSSl7.0 input data, adopt the composition ratio and mean and standard deviation for statistical description, using the single factor analysis of variance, multiple linear stepwise regression were analyzed.Results:1. in the five aspects of home care services, health guidance demand the highest degree(2.84 and 1.26), and life nursing level of demand is the lowest(1.81 and 1.01).2.①clinical care, life care, psychological care needs: female patients is higher than male patients, no spouse is higher than the person who has a spouse, solitary patients is higher than the patients with solitary, complication is higher than no complications. ② >60 patients with five aspects of home care needs were higher than < 45 patients, 45 to 60 years old. ③ per capita income 1000 yuan/month of patients in health guidance demand the highest(3.32 and 1.14); One kind of disease is the lowest demand for psychological nursing(1.79 and 1.03); Demand for home care is always the lowest(1.89 and 0.89); No spouse of home care patients with aggregate demand the highest(3.01 and 1.11).3. The ADL scores, disease types and presence of complications, age, economic income,demand for home care.(R2 = 0.810, F = 0.810, P = 0.000)Conclusion:1. Man Si disease in discharge of the patient’s home care needs sorting order: health guidance, rehabilitation nursing, psychological nursing, clinical care, life care.2. ADL scores, disease types and presence of complications, age, economic income is the influence factors of home care needs.
