| Objective:To retrospectively analyze the invigorate the circulation of bloodand anticoagulants in patients with portal hypertension after splenectomy forportal vein thrombosis prevention effect Methods :retrospective analysis ofliver cirrhosis with portal hypertension in Shanxi Province, the first clinical medical college of Shanxi People’s Hospital from 2009 September to 2014 September and treated, parallel splenectomy plus pericardial devascularization, Divided into the experimental group(27 cases of early application of promoting blood circulation, anticoagulant), 33 cases of the control group(without the use of blood circulation, anticoagulant), formation were observed in the two groups after 2 months of coagulation changes, the change of liver functionand portal vein thrombus formation, changes of liver function andpostoperative portal vein thrombosis after comparing the two groups ofgender, age, operation, and carries on statistics analysis Results:the control group and experimental group in general(including gender, age, spleen size, portal vein and splenic vein diameter), etiology, liver function grade and the biochemical indexes before and after operation no significant difference(P > 0.05). After surgery, the control group, the incidence of portal vein thrombosis was 33.3%, the experimental group, the incidence of portal vein thrombosis was 7.4%, the difference between the two has significant statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion:early postoperative application of activating blood and anticoagulant drugs can reduce portal hypertension incidence of portal vein thrombosis after splenectomy, the experimental group, there was no bleeding, etc., also did not appear complications related to the use of activating blood and anticoagulant drugs. |
