| Objective: Systematically clinical observed,collected and analyzed of Professor Cao nearly a decade of diagnosis and treatment in patients with colorectal canc er after post-operative chemotherapy who appear metastasis patient’s symptoms,s igns,tongue and pulse condition.To explore metastasis of colorectal cancer after postoperative, post-operative chemotherapy in patients with TCM syndrome distr ibution and characteristics.For prevent and treat metastasis of colorectal cancer after post-operative chemotherapy and to provide the reference for TCM clinic. Method: We screened 120 cases of I-III postoperative, post-operative chemother apy colorectal cancer registered form January 1,2004 to December 31,2014,C lin ical observation of patients with colorectal cancer after postoperative, post-opera tive chemotherapy metastasis of patie nts with symptoms,signs,tongue,pulse chara cteristics and related indexes.Using spot and access by telephone, collection of recorded data.Finally data was analyzed by SPSS17.0. Results:Postoperative, post-operative chemotherapy colorectal cancer in 120 patients,we are analysis mainly syndrome type:Dampness heat toxin syndrome,Spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation syndrome, Liver depression of splee n deficiency,Spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,Q i and blood deficiency s yndrome,Liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome;The metastatic sequence in Postoperative and post-operative chemotherapy colorectal cancer,Spleen deficienc y and dampness stagnation syndrome,Spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome, L iver depression of spleen deficiency,Dampness heat toxin syndrome,Q i and bloo d deficiency syndrome, Liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome。 Conclusion:Metastasis with pathologic factors of colorectal cancer,to internal factor is spleen deficiency,and external factors is dampness,in the spleen deficiencyas well as increase dampness;The symptoms of spleen deficiency dampness stagnation after chemotherapy for colorectal carcinoma should be especially important for preve nting metastasis.Colorectal cancer prevention metastasis should be given priority to with the spleen. |
