Objective To observe the FSH stimulation of ovarian cancer cell lines of different Adenomatous Polyposis Coli(APC) expression, research follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) on ovarian cancer cells invasion affected. Methods Ovarian cancer cells HO8910, SKOV3 were treated by FSH with different concentrations(20, 40, 60, 80 m Iu/ml), They were respectively compared with those which were treated by FSH with concentration of 0.Immunohistochemistry and Real time PCR were used to detect the expressions of cell line APC protein and m RNA.Results FSH receptor-positive HO8910 cell lines APC protein and m RNA expression in FSH concentrations 40、60、80m Iu·m L-1 was clearly reduced by 20 m Iu·m L-1,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);With FSH concentration,APC protein and m RNA expression of SKOV3(FSH receptor-negative)cell lines reduced in 40 m Iu·m L-1,increased in 60 and 80 m Iu·m L-1,had no statistical significance(P > 0.05) in 40 and 60 m Iu·m L-1. Conclusion FSH receptor-positive HO8910 cell lines APC protein expression FSH concentrations 40 and 60 m Iu·m L-1 was clearly reduced, he results might be have an enhanced role in the invasive ability of epithelial ovarian cancer cells.
