| Objective: Comparative study of value of individual and joint detection alpha fetoprotein(AFP), carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199), carbohydrate antigen 50(CA50) and tumor supplied group of factors(TSGF) in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer. Methods:Collect 56 patients in hospital with primary liver cancer, 42 cases of benign liver diseases including hepatitis and cirrhosis and 32 cases of medical health of affiliated hospital of Qinghai university between March 2013 and September 2014. Serum AFP, CA199, and CA50 levels were determined by chemical immunized luminescence method in each group, and serum TSGF level was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), then compare the expression of the same kind of tumor markers in different disease groups, and the expression of serum tumor markers in individual measurement comparing with combined determination results. Results:(1) In patients with PLC, the levels of AFP, CA199, CA50, TSGF were obviously higher than those in benign liver diseases group and healthy group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The levels of tumor markers indicators of benign liver were also higher than healthy persons, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2) In patients with primary liver cancer, the positive rates of AFP, CA199, CA50, TSGF were relatively higher than that of benign liver diseases group and healthy group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Between the benign liver diseases group and healthy group, TSGF had no obvious difference(P>0.05), but AFP, CA199, CA50 differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3) Tumor markers’ sensitivity: AFP was 66.07%, CA199 was 48.21%, CA50 was 37.50%, TSFG was 57.14% and the jointed group was 92.86%. Compared with single tumor marker, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Tumor markers’ specificity: AFP was 80.95%, CA199 was 76.19%, CA50 was 88.10%, TSFG was 76.19% and the jointed group was 69.05%. Conclusion:(1) AFP, CA199, CA50, TSGF are of great value in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer, and the sensitivity of the diagnosis of primary liver cancer of the joint detection can be obviously improved.(2) The specificity of joint detection has no significant difference to AFP, CA199, CA50,TSGF. So joint detection cannot improve the specificity of diagnosis of primary liver cancer. |
