The Value Of Preoperative Serum Ca199,LDH And GGT In The Prediction Of Liver Metastases Of Colorectal Cancer

Objective To study the application value of CA199、LDH and GGT in the prediction of liver metastasis of colorectal cancerMethods This study collected 165 patients with colorectal cancer diagnosed in the XX Hospital from July 1,2017 to March 1,2021.There were 87 colon cancer patients,including 23 colon cancer patients with liver metastasis and 64 colon cancer patients without metastasis;And there were 78 patients with rectal cancer,including 19 patients with liver metastasis from rectal cancer and 59 patients without rectal cancer.We collect data from CA199,CEA,AFP,FIB,GGT,LDH,ALP in all patients’ preoperative serums.These data were analyzed by univariate logistics,multivariate logistics and ROC curve.Results 1.Multivariate logistic analysis of CA199,LDH and GGT in colon cancer patients showed that serum CA199 and GGT were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Multivariate logistic analysis of CA199,LDH and GGT in patients with rectal cancer showed that serum CA199 and LDH were statistically significantThe best cut-off values of serum CA199,LDH and GGT for predicting liver metastasis of colon cancer were 52.330U/ml,179.500U/L,57.000U/L,respectively,the sensitivity was 56.50%,78.30%,100%,the specificity was respectively 95.30%,65.60%,96.90%.The best cut-off values of serum CA199,LDH and GGT for predicting liver metastasis of rectal cancer were 26.925U/ml,236.500U/L,28.500U/L,respectively,the sensitivity was 84.20%,42.10%,57.90%,the specificity was respectively were 88.10%,96.60%,and 81.40%.5.The combined detection of CA199,LDH and GGT in serum had a sensitivity of 100%and a specificity of 96.90% in predicting liver metastasis of colon cancer.6.The combined detection of CA199,LDH and GGT in serum had a sensitivity of73.70% and a specificity of 96.60% in predicting liver metastasis of rectal cancer.Conclusion 1.The concentration of CA199 and the activity of GGT are independent predictors of liver metastasis of colon cancer.2.The concentration of CA199 and the activity of LDH were independent predictors of liver metastasis of rectal cancer.3.The combined detection of CA199,LDH and GGT in serum has higher specificity and sensitivity than single detection in colorectal cancer liver metastasis,but the AUC curve area is larger in the prediction of colon cancer liver metastasis,and the diagnostic efficiency is high.
