| Objective:Detect the levels of tTGA ã€GADAã€ZnT8A andIA-2A in type 1 diabetes patient’s serum,and explore the clinical significance.Methods:Selected since March 2013 to October 2014 in patients with type 1 diabetes of Qinghai University ã€People’s Hospitel of Qinghai Provinceã€Red Cross Hospital of Qinghai Province Endocrinology clinic or hospital totaled 42 cases(male 19 and female 23,). A total of 38 patients with newly diagnosed T2DM(male 20 and female 18,)were selected as T2 DM group. In addition, select 41 cases of healthy adults as a control group. T1 DM, T2 DM and the healthy adults were taken blood in fasting venous, and t TGAã€GADA ã€Zn T8 A and IA-2Aautoantibodies were detected through radioligand assay. Data were analyzed by statistic method.Result:The positive rates and antibody index of t TGAã€GADAã€Zn T8 A and IA-2A were significantly higher than those in the control group and T2 DM group(P<0.05). In T1 DM,The positive rates of t TGA was significantly higher than the positive rates of GADA〠Zn T8A〠IA-2A(P<0.05). In T1 DM,the sensitivity of t TGA is higher than GADAã€Zn T8 A and IA-2A(P<0.01).Conclusion:In T1 DM,the positive rates and antibody index of GADAã€IA-2A and Zn T8 A are ignificantly higher than those in control group and T2 DM group.The people who’s t TGA ã€GADAã€IA-2A and Zn T8 A positive should regularly check their blood sugar levels,as to have early detection and treatment.In T1 DM,The specificity of t TGA is similar with GADAã€IA-2A and Zn T8 A,but the sensitivity of t TGA is higher than GADAã€Zn T8 A and IA-2A.So,t TGA may be more valuable in clinical. |
