Case Work Of Hospice Care About A Female Patie Nt Who Absence Of Family Function With Advancedstage Cancer

The malignant tumor is the domestic reason of death about resident in chi na.Medical costs in patients with advanced-stage cancer is expensive,quality of life is poor,the utility of medical resources can not maximize,the hospice care has become an urgent need,patients with advanced-stage cancer has become the important objects of hospice care.I have the honor to enter the G Province Tumor Hospital and accepted a task of the case of a female patients with adv anced-stage cancer hospice. In this paper,according to the patients with deletion of the family function and the corresponding demand of the patients,case wor k method is used to carry out the service of hospice care. Because end-of-life care involves many disciplines, as a professional social work student, I focus more on the role of social work in the End-of-life Care.Social workers in addi tion to the care of dying patients, more is to use their professional advantages to provide psychological support for dying patients and families,to solve practi cal difficulties. This paper aims to analyze a case about End-of-life Care, com bining with knowledge to summarize working contents, working process, the ro le of social workers, communication skills in the work process.The social work er Is mainly responsible the role of the supporter, advocate,organizer and the o ne who fighting for resources.The research is mainly based on the current of the practice for cancer pati ents family function in the absence of hospice care is relatively insufficient,to i nvestigate the case work in the uniqueness and necessity of such patients in h ospice care services in the perspective of social work,in order to obtain more practical experience,provide a reference for related research of case work. I ho pe this practice research could provide reference for research in the same field in the future,and I hope that the relevant departments could increase emphasis on hospice care,let the development of hospice care and strive for further imp rovement in mainland of social work.The process of social work intervention hospice care of family dysfunction in patients with advanced cancer in the use of case study method,will meet t he recognition is not high,the lack of professional assistance and social workers and other issues within the organization,how to better use of social work prof essional service method of similar case in hospice care,it worth to think and e xplor for similar institutions management and social workers.
