In recent years, the number of autism spectrum disorder(ASD) has been in the trend of increasing. It not only seriously affects the life quality of ASD patients, but also bring enormous economic pressure to the patient’s family. In order to eliminate the adverse potential risks, more and more social professionals and scholars pay more attention and concern on it. At the same time, the government also increased funding to encourage more scholars to carry out related research. This study aims to study the special marker fields of the brain of the children with ASD. Through the collected electroencephalogram(EEG) data, we selected the multiple quantification EEG method to analyze the special marker of ASD, combine the analysis of intelligence scale of behavior data, study the relevant abnormal fields of autism spectrum disorder based on comprehensive perspectives, and later directing at the place of the brain where some abnormal behavior responded began to develop a tentative intervention treatment. In order to make sure the children with ASD smoothly accomplishing the test task and more precisely directing to the marker area, the study selected these children with ASD whose IQ are higher than 80, with age and intelligence matching the typical development(TD) children, controlled the disturbed conditions of the whole experiment, tested the subjects’ intelligence, collected rest and task EEG data.First of all, we selected 38 children with ASD with the age range from seven to fourteen years old and 16 TD children with the age range from eight to twelve years old. Subsequently, we operated the intelligence scale survey for the subjects, filtering the subject with intelligence score over 80. Next, the rest and task EEG data were collected. Under the condition of the age and intelligence matched, QEEG method were applied to analyze the characteristics of EEG for finding the special marker of the children with ASD. From the view of rest EEG data analysis, compared to TD children, the EEG analysis result of ASD showed there are significant increase oscillation in the low frequency band and decrease oscillation in the higher frequency band. The neural synchronization became weaker and the network connection decreased in the left hemisphere of the brain. The result of the task EEG data analysis of children with ASD found illusory contour effect induced children with ASD γ(60-100 Hz) oscillation decreasing the early stage and γ(80-120 Hz) oscillation increasing the later stage. The later stage of this study applied simple, portable and safety neuromodulation technique(transcranial direct current stimulation, t DCS) intervened one autistic boy. Based on the prefrontal lobe influencing the emotion and thinking, we periodically stimulate the patient’s prefrontal area. During the early, middle and later stage, we separately collected the patient’s behavior scale data and rest state EEG data. The result of behavior data and EEG data of the periodical treatment showed, the patient’s emotion, challenging behavior and active communication skills all were improved. This study explained a possibility that t DCS could be considered as a potential tool applying to recovery ASD and other neurological disorders.
