Comparative Study On Transumbilical Single Port Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy And Conventional Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective:By comparing the conventional instruments of transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy operation effect and three port laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Homemade single port laparoscopic operation sleeve and the operation techniques improved, discussion of conventional instruments difficulty and safety, feasibility and limitations, and the value of popularization and application of transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:The choice of the Department of hepatobiliary surgery of Jilin Central Hospital from January to 2014, the conventional instruments since 2012 December transumbilical laparo scopic cholecystectomy in 51 cases for the single hole group(A group), two port laparoscopic cholecystectomy with a same period surgical doctor practiced resection in 50 cases in the control group(B group), three groups of disease patients for simple cholecystitis or simple cholecystolithiasis patients. Comparison of two groups of bleeding in hospital time volume, operation time, postoperative exhaust time, eating time, recovery time, postoperative liver functionResults:Two groups of operation in accordance with the plan to be finished smoothly, single hole group compared with the control group, no significant difference between the amount of operation bleeding,(P > 0.05), operation time control group less than single hole group, there were statistically significant(P < 0.05). But in an exhaust time after operation, the average hospitalization days after operation, hospitalization expenses of single hole group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.001).Conclusions:Conventional instruments in laparoscopic transumbilical single hole laparooscopic cholecystectomy and three hole method is compared, with less postoperative pain, quicker recovery, abdominal scar is not obvious and subtle advantages, is safe and reliable, and because the single hole laparoscopic operation instruments used in conventional laparoscopic operation instruments to replace professional, and with a single hole multi channel the self-made equipment instead of market expensive single hole three channel device, greatly reducing the operation cost, which makes the single hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy, get rid of dependence on professional single hole operation instruments and single hole three channel device, at the present stage of our country economy is not very developed, so that the method has the a very strong application value.
