| As the advent of Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) especially the high resolution imaging and discovery of multi morphological technology, we can more accurately detect the morphological varieties in human brain during its development and disease to a detailed description. In this paper, we first tried to investigate idiopathic generalized epilepsy(IGE) using Tensor-Based Morphometry(TBM), which can detect the subtle abnormalities caused by idiopathic epilepsy. By comparing the structural properties of IE patients and normal subjects, we found that left thalamus, left putamen, superior temporal gyrus and middle temporal gyrus were significant atrophy, whereas left precenues was significant inflate.Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD) is a kind of neurodegenerative disorder, characterized with inattention, hyperactivity and impulsive, even decrease of working memory. Previous studies had indicated that it was helpful to alleviate the condition of ADHD patient by working memory training. In the current paper, we found out a series of brain regions which were mostly related with working momery by meta-analysis, these regions were including bilateral middle frontal gyrus, bilateral inferior parietal lobule, bilateral insula, right precentral gyrus, left inferior frontal gyrus, right supramarginal gyrus and right middle occipital gyrus. Taking those regions as seed masks, we compared the functional connectivity of 5 different development degree of ADHD patients(8-9 years old, 10-11 years old, 12-13 years old, 14-15 years old, 16-18 years old) and normal controls to investigate the structural differences on the level of brain network. |
