Medical information science as an important branch in information retrieval, has formed a complete system of knowledge. However, with the proposed deepening of the global information, the lack of traditional medical information retrieval gradually revealed. Lack of knowledge unified description brought great difficulties in information sharing and research in the medical field.Medical Subject Headings is the National Library of Medicine’s controlled vocabulary thesaurus. It consists of sets of terms naming descriptors in a hierarchical structure that permits searching at various levels of specificity. The Me SH thesaurus is used by NLM for indexing articles from 5,400 of the world’s leading biomedical journals for the MEDLINE/Pub MED database. It is also used for the NLM-produced database that includes cataloging of books, documents, and audiovisuals acquired by the Library. At present, research on the Medical Subject Headings has made some achievements. However, with the deepening of research work, there have been some new problems in thesaurus building process. Such as most existing thesaurus was marked artificial which is time-consuming, and visualization of thesaurus areas currently is rarely. Therefore, the study of specific subject areas for visualization Thesaurus building work is significant. This study aims to construct a retrieval model base on menopause knowledge map. The basic idea of this model is that to develop a tool to draw a diagram of semantic datasets by designing an mining algorithm and to improve the menopause knowledge system. The main contributions are as follows:1. Build a database of knowledge in the field of menopause. A large collection of menopause knowledge data, analysis and processing of its series, dig out the data in knowledge and research to determine the relationship between knowledge, in order to build knowledge disciplines menopause Gallery.2. Integrating the semantic based platform and a visual editing tool of Medical Subject Headings, a complete menopause knowledge database was designed. Finally, the implicit relationship between keywords, and reticular formation Me SH hierarchy diagram was built, which provided a viable solution for the effective discovery of semantic search.3. Design a semantic search engine base on thesaurus.4. This paper assessed the convergence of findings from published randomized control trials studies that examined brain activation changes in postmenopausal women. A meta-analysis employing the activation likelihood estimate(ALE) method was performed to locate anatomical regions with significant activation differences. The results demonstrated that women who received HT exhibited increases in brain activation in the frontal lobe and ACC. The findings suggest that HT enhances both state-dependent and recollective processes contributing to cognitive performance.
