| Objective …To observe the curative effect of cervical vertigo Ling Decoction in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis and to explore its mechanism.Methods …40 rabbits were divided randomly according to weight after into 4 groups: blank control group, model control group, the experimental group(Jing Xuan Ling Decoction group), positive control group(Jingfukang granule group), 10 rats in each group, sclerosing agent injection by the method of Zhu Mingshuang et al as the rabbit cervical vertebra vertebral disease arterial model, rats in each group after 4 weeks, rabbits were injected side of extracranial vertebral artery systolic flow velocity measured by neck vascular color Doppler ultrasound(Vmax), end diastolic velocity(Vmin), mean blood flow velocity(Vm), resistance index(RI), pulsatility index(PI). If the model control group, the experimental group, positive control group Vmax, Vmin, Vm were lower than the blank control group(P<0.05), PI, RI higher than the control group(P<0.05), it is confirmed that the model was successful. After the success of modeling, were given to the experimental group and the positive control group Jing Xuan Ling Decoction suspension, Jingfukang granule suspension gavage. The experimental group was treated with 5.6g/kg according to body mass(equivalent to 0.56g/ml of solution 10ml/kg), positive control group by gavage according to 0.9g/kg body weight(equivalent to 0.09g/ml solution 10ml/kg), blank control group and model group were given equal volume of normal saline(10ml/kg) by gavage. After four weeks of treatment, blood rheology detection do neck ultrasonic measurement of hemodynamic and blood. The testdata after finishing, used statistical software spssl7.0 statistics.Results compared with the model control group, positive control group, experimental group Vmax, Vmin, Vm increased, PI, RI decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); compared with the positive control group, the difference of experimental group Vmax, Vmin, Vm, PI, RI index is not obvious, no unification statistically significant(P 0.05). Second, compared with the model control group, positive control group, the experimental group the blood rheologic indexes were decreased, the whole blood viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); compared with the positive control group, the experimental group in the shear rate of whole blood viscosity index, 200 the 30 improvement is more obvious, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), while in shear rate was 5, 1 of the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index, the difference was not statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion …the artery blood flow velocity of Jing Xuan Ling Tangkejia fast vertebral, reduce vascular resistance, blood viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index, and this effect is basically equivalent with Jingfukang granules. Mechanism of action in treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type cervical vertigo Ling decoction may lies in speeding up the vertebral artery blood flow velocity, reduce blood vessel resistance and improve the vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients on blood rheology, to increase the blood flow of vertebral artery, thus improving the vertebro basilar artery ischemic symptoms. |
