Spontaneous Abortion After Artificial Abortion Study On Distribution Regularity Of TCM Syndromes

Objective: By means of doing questionnaire survey on “Spontaneous Abortion after Artificial abortion study on distribution regularity of TCM Syndromes” In order to investigate the distribution regularity of TCM syndromes in patients with Spontaneous abortion after artificial abortion and related factors,thus to apply it into the Prevention and treatment of spontaneous abortion and provide data support for TCM gynecology clinic treatment.Methods:Methods: Based on the access to relevant literature and with reference from experts to design well-defined questionnaire, Survey 300 cases of patients of spontaneous abortion after artificial abortion from the first affiliated hospital of henan institute of traditional Chinese reproductive medicine in March 2014 to January 2015,using the system clustering analysis concluded spontaneous abortion after artificial abortion of TCM syndrome distribution.,combining with the chi-square test to analyze the relationship between the Patterns and the correlated factors such as the age,the course,the frequency of spontaneous abortion, the frequency of artificial abortion.Results:(1)Among the 300 investigated cases after the artificial abortion with spontaneous abortion,the age of investigated cases concentrating from 26 years old to 30 years old, the average age is about27.6±3.8years old; the course concentrating from 13 months to 24 months, the average course is about 18.8±8.1months; the times of spontaneous abortion concentrating 2 times;the average times is about 2.4±1.1 times; the times of spontaneous abortion concentrating 3 times; the average times is about 2.5±1.2 times;(2)Through the system clustering analysis 36 diagnostic indicators to obtain five kinds of syndrome distribution, from the high to low frequency distribution of kidney deficiency blood stasis, kidney empty internal heat, kidney blood deficiency syndrome, spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome, kidney empty damp heat syndrome,the constituent ratios of the Patterns are significant difference. Kidney deficiency and blood stasis is the main syndrome of Spontaneous,about 55%.(3)The age on the constituent ratios of TCM Syndromes is no significant effect, But kidney deficiency and blood stasis type increased along with the growth of the age;The course on the constituent ratios of TCM Syndromes is no significant effect, But kidney deficiency and blood stasis type increased along with the growth of the course; The times of spontaneous abortion on the constituent ratios of TCM Syndromes is significant difference, And kidney deficiency and blood stasis type increased along with the growth of the times; The times of artificial abortion on the constituent ratios of TCM Syndromes is significant difference, And kidney deficiency and blood stasis type increased along with the growth of the times.Conclusion:(1)The spontaneous abortion after artificial abortion have five kinds of syndrome distribution, from the high to low frequency distribution of kidney deficiency blood stasis, kidney empty internal heat, kidney blood deficiency syndrome, spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome, kidney empty damp heat syndrome,Kidney deficiency and blood stasis is the main syndrome(2)The age and the course on the constituent ratios of TCM Syndromes is no significant effect,the times of spontaneous abortion and the times of artificial abortion on the constituent ratios of TCM Syndromes is significant difference.(3)Along with the growth of the age, the Course, the times of spontaneous abortion, the times of artificial abortion, kidney deficiency and blood stasis type increased.
