The Survey On Correlation Between Manifestation Of Tcm And The Virus Detection Of Acute Bronchitis In Children

Objectives : To search for the factors related to childhood Acute bronchitis and the rule of Chinese Traditional Medicinal diagnosis.And discover the relationship among the seasons or type of virus and differentiation of syndrome.For macro and microscopical differentiation of symptoms and signs integration of childhood Acute bronchitis.Methods:Compile four physical examinations information of childhood with disease who consistent with traditional Chinese medicine and medical doctor diagnostic standard,collect the secretions from Nasopharynx.Erect data base and analyze these data by statistics methods,compare with Virus infection and course of diseases corresponding manifestation of TCM etc,analyse the distributing of diffirent virus indifferent age and season.Results:300 cases of Acute bronchitis patients had been observed. The rate had been calculated infected by virus is 41.3%.More children can be infected in preschool age.Manifestation of TCM give priority to wind-heat type.The infection cases were easy seen in spring. RSv is the major pathogen infection.RSv, FLuA, FLuB, PIvⅢcan be seen more in spring,PIvⅠ,PIvⅡin summer,ADv in winter.Single and two kinds of virus infection can be detected more in wind-heat type, ≥3 virus infection in wind-cold type. RSv infection, FLuA infection, FLuB infection, PIvⅠ infection, PIvⅡ infection, PIvⅢ can be seen more in wind-heat type,whereas ADv infection was detected more in Hot-humid type.Conclusions:The virus of Acute bronchitis of children had no relationship with the Manifestation of TCM and but had relationship with age,season and feeding.Through this study,objectively provide evidence for clinic differentiation of symptoms and signs normalization and diagnostic standard.
