Objective: Application, with the method of retrospective investigation and cross-sectional survey, through a large sample of TCM syndromes of hypertension patients in community and center arterial pressure of comparative study, trying to explore the central arterial pressure and the relationship between hypertension syndromes, and to simplify the community hypertension TCM diagnosis and treatment work, explore "the vein of kidney and law" prevention and control of high blood pressure, slow down the process of hardening of the arteries and reduce the target organ damage and other solutions to provide theoretical basis.Methods:(1) the functions of traditional Chinese medicine community hypertension crowd main criteria of syndrome distribution: in 2013, followed by something KangCheng syndrome(159/492), Yin deficiency hand(129/492) and Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome(81/492), followed by 2015 Yin hand syndrome(111/287), something KangCheng(79/287) and Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome(38/287);Kidney empty, kidney deficiency syndrome distribution: kidney deficiency of 233 people, 2013 of kidney deficiency, 228;Kidney deficiency, 2015, 128 people, the kidney deficiency, 119.(2) in2013, 2015, after adjustment for the high blood pressure among the standard type central arterial pressure parameters had no significant difference;2013 hypertensive kidney empty, kidney deficiency syndrome between central arterial pressure parameters had no significant difference, 2015 hypertensive kidney empty, the AI was no significant difference between kidney deficiency syndrome, cSBP and there was a significant difference between AIp75;The lattice type standard certificate between 2013 and 2015 at the center of the arterial pressure numerical comparison results there was no significant difference;(3)Australia says, full of arteries and veins, omron measured by three machines have obvious differences between "csBP and AI" numerical.Results:(1) the functions of traditional Chinese medicine community hypertension crowd main criteria of syndrome distribution: in 2013, followed by something KangCheng syndrome(159/492), Yin deficiency hand(129/492) and Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome(81/492), followed by 2015 Yin hand syndrome(111/287), something KangCheng(79/287) and Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome(38/287); Kidney empty, kidney deficiency syndrome distribution: kidney deficiency of 233 people, 2013 of kidney deficiency, 228; Kidney deficiency, 2015, 128 people, the kidney deficiency, 119.(2) after the correction of main factors to high blood pressure among the standard type central arterial pressure parameters had no significant difference(P > 0.05), consistent with that in2013, 2015; High blood pressure, kidney empty, kidney deficiency syndrome arterial pressure parameters comparison between center, no significant differences in 2013, 2015,AI value no difference, csBP and there were significant differences between AIp75; The standard card type between 2013 and 2015 at the center of the arterial pressure numerical comparison results no significant difference;(3) Australia says, full of arteries and veins, omron measured by three kinds of machines have obvious differences between "csBP and AI" numerical. Conclusion: Basic features of traditional Chinese medicine community hypertension the crowd something KangCheng syndrome, Yin deficiency syndrome distribution of possible with hand syndrome, Yin deficiency syndrome is given priority to;Function of traditional Chinese medicine community hypertension significantly higher, kidney deficiency cs BP crowd and AIp75 hints kidney deficiency significantly increased arterial stiffness. Therefore, changes in reaction(arterial elasticity) arterial stiffness, with kidney deficiency, kidney deficiency syndromes classification may be based on standard classification of syndrome of hypertension syndromes way more sensitive. And Australia says the test center in comparison with the gold standard of arterial parameters, full of arteries and veins and omron numerical differ from that of all its detection machines, but the latter two as a clinical examination method of flow adjustment also has a certain clinical significance.
