Objective: Through controlled clinical observation on dyslipidemia patients of hepatic and renal Yin deficiency were given statins and drinking Chinese traditional medicine for treatment, observe the blood fats, especially the change of apolipoprotein A1 and TCM symptoms, for finding the advantage of Chinese medicine on improving of dyslipidemia and clinical symptoms. Methods: Using randomized controlled trials, select between January 2014 and December 2014, Shandong University Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine dialectical in the outpatient belongs to the hepatic and renal Yin deficiency of 60 patients with dyslipidemia. Divided into experimental group and control group Randomly. Experimental group were given zuoguiyin for treatment, the control group were given Rosuvastatin treatment 5 mg(PO,QN). Before treatment, 4 weeks, 8 weeks treatment in patients with TG, TC, HDL, LDL, ApoA1, ApoB and ApoA1 / ApoB respectively, the improvement of blood lipid and syndromes after treatment in both groups were observed.Results:(1) Two groups of patients in gender, age, height, weight, blood pressure, heart rate, blood glucose, blood lipid and Chinese medicine symptom scores have no obvious differences.(2) In the experimental group, before treatment and 4 weeks phase comparison, TG, ApoA1, no significant difference(P > 0.05), TC, HDL, LDL and ApoB, ApoA1 / ApoB were significantly different(P < 0.05); Before and 8 weeks treatment phase comparison, TG has no obvious difference(P = 0.35), the rest all have obvious difference(P < 0.05).(3) In the control group, before treatment with 4 weeks phase comparison, TG, HDL, LDL and ApoA1 no significant difference(P > 0.05), TC, LDL have obvious difference(P < 0.05); Before treatment and 8 weeks phase comparison, blood fat each have obvious difference(P < 0.05).(4) The experimental group compared with control group, lipid all have no significant difference when the treatment after 4 weeks(P > 0.05); Treatment for 8 weeks, ApoA1 have obvious difference(T = 2.228, P = 2.228), the rest all have no significant difference(P > 0.05).(5) After 8 weeks treatment, treatment group control 0 cases, 4 cases were markedly improved, 24 cases effectiveness and 2 cases had no change; The control group clinical control 0 cases, 1 case had marked effect, 10 cases effectiveness and 19 cases had no change; Treatment for 8 weeks, two groups of TCM syndrome score had significant difference(P = 0.00)Conclusion:(1) The statin drugs and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) zuoguiyin can improve the hepatic and renal Yin deficiency type dyslipidemia, including lower TG, TC, LDL, ApoB and increase HDL, ApoA1. And compared with statins, zuiguiyin is more obvious in rising ApoA1.(2) Statins with traditional Chinese medicine could improve hepatic and renal Yin deficiency type of dyslipidemia in patients with clinical symptoms, TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment has obvious advantages in improving clinical symptoms.
