Objective:To explore the characteristics of Apolipoprotein B/Apolipoprotein A1(Apo B/Apo AI)and fibrinogen among different syndromes of dyslipidemia and their relationship with the degree of syndrome. Methods:From September,2019 to December,2021,It is enrolled 80 patients who were hospitalized in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. On the basis of meeting the diagnostic criteria for dyslipidemia, the patient’s syndrome was judged by the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome identification criteria.Among the 80 patients,40 cases were phlegm stagnation syndrome and 40 cases were spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome. The values of Apo B/ Apo A1 and fibrinogen concentration were obtained based on laboratory examination, and the severity of the syndrome was evaluated by TCM syndrome scale.Results:1.In the comparison of Apo B/Apo A1 and fibrinogen concentration, the patients with abnormal blood lipid of phlegm-turbid suppression syndrome is higher than that of patients with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome, and the difference in Apo B/Apo A1 value is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The TCM syndrome scores in patients with dyslipidemia of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency was positively correlated with the value of Apo B/Apo A1 and the concentration of fibrinogen(P<0.05).3.There was no significant correlation between TCM Syndrome score and blood lipid index in patients with dyslipidemia and syndrome of deficiency of spleen-yang and kidney-yang.Conclusion:1.The different characteristics of Apo B/Apo A1 in different syndromes of dyslipidemia.Among them, the Apo B/ Apo A1 values of patients with phlegm suppression were higher, may reflect the difference and characteristics of the syndromes.2.Apo B/ Apo A1 value and fibrinogen concentration can to some extent reflect the severity of dyslipidemia, spleen and kidney yang deficiency.3.The above two characteristics are consistent with the etiology and pathogenesis analysis of TCM,which enriches the connotation of TCM syndrome differentiation.
