Research On Diagnosis And Treatment Theory Of Amenorrhea By Traditional Chinese Medicine Ancient Literature

This paper following the principle of “integration”,“renature”and“ resume”,collected and organized the concept of diagnosis and treatment of amenorrhoea, including the physiological basis of menstruation, as well as terminology, cause, pathogenesis, types of syndromes, remedy and treating principles of amenorrhoea. Taking representative gynecological monograph from “Neijing”to Ming-qing dynasty, or works related to amenorrhoea and comprehensive medical classics as reference.Meanwhile, taking different amenorrhoea-related medical terms as key words to complement literature related to treatment and diagnosis of amenorrhoea so as to compare paper version to do rectification. By application of frame theory,and use the method of Philology and Hermeneutics,we build the structure and theoretical system of diagnosing and treating amenorrhoea with clear concept, standard expression, integrated structure, rich connotation, and logical rigor to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment of amenorrhoea.This paper focused on establishing the structure of diagnosing and treating amenorrhoea.Firstly, we organized physiological basis of menstruation and clarified ancient recognition of menstruatual production to set foundation for further study amenorrhoea.Secondly, we summarized and organized the physicians’ discussion of amenorrhoea from Sping-autumn period to Ming-qing Dynasty to examine changing process of disease name. Meanwhile, we clarified the source of cause, pathogenesis, diagnosis, types and syndromes as well as treatment and treating principle, and its structual level.Moreover, during discussion and exploration, we found that part of classics had already preliminarily built the conceptual system and frame structure of diagnosing and treating amenorrhoea, which can be taken as reference for its final establishment. The third, this paper also selected four representative monograghs, namely “Xueshi jiyin wanjinshu”, “Chensuan fuke bujie”, “Nvke jinglun”, “Zhulin nvke zhengzhi”, so as to summarize their theories of diagnosing and treating amenorrhoea which are to be displayed in forms. Therefore in conclusion establishing the structure of diagnosing and treating amenorrhoea, lay a solid foundation for the Chinese medicine theory and guide clinical practice.
