Flavored Four Inverse Scattered Treatment Of Functional Gastrointestinal Adverse And Depression’s Clinical Effects Observed

Objective: To observe the effect of Jiawei Sini Powder fou r party in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with depress ion; clinical curative effect of TCM Syndrome Differentiatio n for syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach. This paper aims to explore a can effectively eliminate or relieve the main symptoms, a treatment method to improve the psych ological, mental state. Methods: In this paper, the collected data are from 2013 April t o 2014 December in Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medica l Hospital outpatient patients with spleen and stomach, collecti ng a total of 72 patients, according to visiting sequence and th e principle of informed consent, the patients were divided into treatment group and control group, including 36 cases of treat ment group, 36 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated with Jiawei four inverse scattered decoction, one do se daily, Shuijianbi, sooner or later, clothes, each time 150 m l. The control group received domperidone(Motilium), before 10 m g, oral, 3 times a day; Flupentixol and melitracen tablets(Dai L ixin), 20 mg, morning and at noon each day, oral. Take 30 daysfor a course of treatment, observation group before and after treatm ent in two groups of patients with major clinical symptoms(stom ach fullness plug and a sense of fullness, pain,acid eructatio n, chest tightness, good Taixi, poor stool or loose stool et c.), TCM syndrome total score, to quantify the Hamilton Depressi on Scale(17 items) safety observation index score, two groups we re compared, the therapeutic effect. Results:(1) Evaluation of the disease before and after treatmen t: the overall effect of the two groups before and after each t reatment efficacy, and the treatment group the total effective r ate was 94.44%, the control group the total effective rate was 77.78%, compared to the two groups,P<0.05, with significant diff erence. Shows that the treatment group total effective rate was better than the control group.(2) Evaluation of curative effect before and after treatment the main symptoms: the two groups before and after treatment compar ed with the case of main clinical symptoms curative effect,disco vered in two groups before and after treatment in the stomach o r abdominal distension,epigastric pain, belching, acid regurgita tion,dry mouth, diet to reduce nausea and vomiting,chest tightne ss, like sighing, poor stool or loose stool etc. the main clinica l symptoms than before treatment all can better(within group com parison, P<0.05), and treatment to reflect more to alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patients of the control group(the domi nant group compared with the comparison between groups, P<0.05)(3) Before and after treatment with Hamilton Depression Scal e(17 items) was evaluated before and after treatment in two gro ups: Patients with Hamilton Depression Scale(17 items) scores were lower than before treatment(within group comparison, P<0.05), state of mind, heart patients was improved after treatmen t. The treatment group in reducing the Hamilton Depression Scal e(17 items) scores than the control group obviously(within grou p comparison advantage, P<0.05).(4) Evaluation of therapeutic effect of syndrome total scor e before and after treatment: evaluation of total score of syndr ome found in two groups before and after orthodontic treatmen t, the treatment group and the control group could reduce the sy ndrome total score(within group comparison, P<0.05). And treatm ent group in reducing syndrome total score than control group obv iously drop(inter group comparison, P<0.05).(5) Evaluation of safety observation index before and after treatment: treatment group after treatment in the general proje ct(body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, pulse), liver a nd kidney function, blood, urine, stool routine examination showe d no significant changes,without the occurrence of adverse even ts and treatment of allergic reaction Conclusion: Modified four inverse scattered in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with depression;TCM Syndrome Differentiati on for syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach of pat ients,can significantly relieve the mental patients, improve the patient’s mental state of main clinical symptoms and the maxim um.
