Based On Literature Search Of Lumbar Disc Herniation Past And Present Research

ObjetiveThrough collating and analyzing the method and prescription of acupuncture points in lumbar hernial disk in ancient literature(this section below to lumbar pain because is not descripcion treatment for lumbar hernia disk in antic literature),modern literature and clinical research we can observe the different treatment and eleccion of acupuncture point of this disease depending of the period of time and the diferenciation between teory and practice through analyzing the acupuncture point found it in literature research, in clinic research and in ancient books.Trying found evidence to working with ancient acupuncture point in lumbar hernia disk through found it similar sign and symtons between hernia lumbar disk and lumbar pain. With this study can be provide of evident which kind of treatment are using more in in the clinical application and which ones has been forgot in the clinical treatment, also provide theory support for clinical application.MethodsThrough the investigation and reading of literature books,clinical research and ancient books about diagnosis and treatment for the hernia lumbar disk, making summary and analysis about the different diagnosis between ancient text and clinic research and prescripcion of acupuncture point in this three different aspect.The literature resource, modern teory ant antict teory has been collected from the library of chinese medicine school in Nanjing. Clinical study on the collection and analysis of use from the Chinese journal full text databaseCNKI, VIP database and Wanfang database.Statistical analysis date with Microsoft Access, Word, Excel.Summarized and arrangement of literature resource and clinical application about the choise of method, treatment,and combination of different methods.This research summarize the different between the differential diagnosis and eleccion of the acupoint in the literature resource and clinique research and application.ResultYou can find great similarities between the causes and diagnosis of low back pain and lumbar disc herniation, so the points used are also very similar, emerging as the most important weizhong, shenshu and huatiao although differences are seen in the use of points ashi and yanglingchuan point that almost is not mentioned in ancient literature.
