Objective:the main pharmacodynamic material basis of Supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation Decoction "in the treatment of peptic ulcer curative effect.Methods:34 rats were randomly divided into ulcer group, normal group and control group, with 10 rats in each group (male and female), the remaining 2 rats in the ulcer group, another 2 in the normal group. Rat models of gastric ulcer model by ethanol gavage method. After the success of modeling, gastric ulcer group and normal group were administered Yiqi Huoxue recipe, the control group was treated with physiological saline, continuous intragastric administration for 14 days, the last 2 hours after gastric perfusion of femoral artery blood, the blood sucking centrifugal upper serum, serum 0.5ml 1ml protein precipitation with methanol, centrifuging to remove supernatant, nitrogen dry,200 L methanol solution, selected 5 main ingredients of drugs of Supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation as the standard reference, play the main pharmacodynamic material basis by means of HPLC-TOF-MS and other modern analysis technology in the exploration of Supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation.Results:formononetin, calycosin and paeoniflorin in detection of normal group rats blood; out of calycosin, formononetin, timosaponin, gallic acid detection ulcer rats blood,The rats in the blank group were not detected in the traditional Chinese medicine composition of yiqihuoxuefang.Compared with the normal group and the ulcer group, were detected in formononetin, calycosin and has the following differences:1 normal detection of paeoniflorin, and the ulcer group was not detected in 2 gastric ulcer group; detection of timosaponin, gallic acid, while the normal group was not detected.Conclusion:(1) in different physiological and pathological state, drug components in plasma are different; (2) of calycosin, formononetin, timosaponin, gallic acid may be the main active substance of Supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation in the treatment of peptic ulcer; (3) the development of Supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation, the monarch drug of Radix Astragali quality control elements, formononetin and calycosin can be used as the main control index; (4) of gallic acid and paeoniflorin can be used as a supplementary charge indicator.
