A Clinical Study On Yiqi Huoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Peptic Ulcer With Anxiety And Depressionon

Objective:By observing the changes of the clinical symptoms,the severity of the disease,endoscopic manifestations,the content of CCK and 5-HT in the blood,the SAS and SDS scales of the subjects before and after the treatment,the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue formula on peptic ulcer with anxiety depression status was evaluated.The purpose of this study is to explore whether Yiqi Huoxue Recipe can lessen the symptoms and signs of patients with anxiety and depression on the basis of treating peptic ulcer.By the study,we hope to highlight the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and provide a new direction for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Methods:1.50 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases were treated with Chinese and Western medicine,25 cases were treated with western medicine.2.Western medicine group(control group)was treated with Omeprazole;Chinese and Western medicine group(treatment group)was treated with omeprazole combined with Yiqi Huoxue recipe.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Two groups of H.pylori positive subjects were first treated according to the relevant guidelines.In this study,omeprazole+amoxicillin+clarithromycin+bismuth potassium citrate were given for 2 weeks.After eradication of HP,the treatment was continued according to the above methods.3.Before and 3 months after the treatment,the TCM symptoms of the two groups were recorded and summarized,the ulcer performance and healing degree under gastroscope,SAS,SDS scale scores,serum 5-HT,CCK levels and adverse reactions during the treatment were recorded.Results:1.TCM symptoms:the control group before and after treatment,pain in the epigastric,fullness of the chest and anorexia(P<0.05),indicating that omeprazole can alleviate these symptoms;in fatigue,loose stool,chilly limbs(P>0.05),indicating that there is no obvious alleviation of these symptoms.The symptom scores of the treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.05)showed that the treatment group could relieve all the symptoms observed in this study.After treatment,the symptoms of the two groups were compared in stomachache,chest fullness,fatigue,loose stool,chilly limbs(P<0.05),which showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in relieving these symptoms;on the anorexia(P>0.05),indicating that there is no significant difference between the two group in the treatment of anorexia.2.In terms of Clinical efficacy:Comparison of the curative effect of TCM symptoms between the two groups(P<0.05),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving TCM symptoms.Two groups of gastroscopy curative effect comparison(P>0.05)shows that in the degree of healing under gastroscope,there is no significant difference with the control group.3.Anxiety and depression score:both groups have improved the symptoms of anxiety and depression.The total scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05)indicate that the treatment group is significantly better than the control group in the relief of anxiety and depression symptoms.4.Serum CCK and 5-HT levels:Two treatment options both can reduce the content of CCK in serum and increase the content of 5-HT in serum,but in the curative effect,the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusions:Yiqi Huoxue recipe can obviously improve the patients symptoms of peptic ulcer with anxiety and depression.
