TCM Syndrome Differentiation Of Gallbladder Polyp And Its Relation About Ultrasonic Sign, Investigation And Research

Purpose:â…  analysis the clinical features, TCM syndrome type, ultrasonic sign of gallbladder polyp and the relativity between these 3 things. So I can find some rules about TCM syndrome differentiation of gallbladder polyp based on symptoms and ultrasonic signs.Method:â…  used literature and clinical research way. Literature research:â…  read the literature of ancient TCM and modern literature at home and abroad. I discussed about the TCM disease name, etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome, treatment based on syndrome differentiation. On the other way, I also discussed about pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment progress of modern medicine. Clinical research:I established a data base according to clinical investigation of TCM symptoms and ultrasonic signs of gallbladder polyp. I used expression analysis and statistical analysis to analysis TCM syndrome types of 72 cases of gallbladder polyp patients in 2012. I also used liver and gallbladder map of ultrasonic test for statistical analysis.Outcome:In 72 cases of patients, there were more male patients in phlegm damp retention type and dampness-heat of liver and gallbladder type. There were more female patients in liver qi stagnation type and liver stagnation accompany spleen deficiency type. There was statistical difference between these 4 groups. The morbidity of gallbladder polyp increased according to age. The morbidity was higher in fatty liver patient compared to normal people. There was relevance between phlegm damp retention type gallbladder polyp and fatty liver. There was also relevance between dampness-heat of liver and gallbladder type and gallbladder wall thickening.Conclusion:The morbidity of gallbladder polyp increase according to age. TCM syndrome type of gallbladder polyp is correlated to sex, fatty liver and gallbladder wall thickening.
