Study On Health Education Index System Of Lung Cancer Chemotherapy Patients With PICC

Objective:1、To construct a more scientific and practical health education index system of lung cancer chemotherapy patients with PICC,for guiding rational and effective use of health education,increasing the specialist care quality.2、Reflecting the needs of health education knowledge, communication between nurses and patients demand.3、To norm health education of lung cancer chemotherapy patients with PICC, and improve all aspects of health education and patient satisfaction.Methods:1、Methods included setting up research group,literature review and interviews,and adopting Delphi method, Combing with the Research Status and Development Trend of the health education of lung cancer chemotherapy patients with PICC. The health education index system including 3 first-grade indexes、24second-grade indexes and 96Specific content.2、To deliver two rounds of questionnaire consultation among 29 experts in the form of field distribution, letter or email.3、The original data entry computer expert advice, using SPSS17.0 software for data analysis.Results:1、The effective recovery rates of questionnaire were respectively 86.96% and 100.00%.The Experts coefficient was 0.88, the average scores of the indexes were above 3.50,the full score rate of first-grade indexes was 0.91-0.98, The coefficient of variation was 0.11-0.15;the full score rate of the second-grade indexes was 0.65-1.00, The coefficient of variation was 0.04-0.19. The coordinate coefficient of level-land level-2 were 0.645 and 0.307 respectively.2、According to analysis of expert opinion,the health education index system of lung cancer chemotherapy patients with PICC as good credibility.Conclusion:The health education index system of lung cancer chemotherapy patients with PICC was established, which includes 3 first-grade indexes (containing Knowledge, Attitude,Practice),24 second-grade indexes and 100 specific content.
