Analysis Of The Cerebral Arteriovenous Malformation Clinical Treatment Result

Objective:Vascular malformation(VM) is congenital central nervus system vascular clysplasia,the population incidence rate 0.1%—0.4%, this article through to the clinical observation of 266 patients with cerebral arteriovenous malformatiion analysis of clinical therapeutic effect,to explore cerebral arteriovenous malformation,occur among clinical diagnosis and treatment,the clinical prognosis.Method:This paper collected the clinical diagnosis of 266 cases were admitted in the First Affiliated Hospital of Da Lian Medical University from 2011 January to 2015 January in department of neurosurgery during the cerebral arteriovenous ma lformation(including spontaneous brain hematoma surgery and cerebral angiogroph y revealed)of the patients′medical records,for the patient age、gender、clinical sy mptoms and diagnosis and treatment、clinical prognosis and related factors were statistically analyzed.Result: 266 patients in 141 cases of males,females 125 cases,aged 7 to 80 years ofage(mean age 27.31+13.14 years of age);clinical symptoms start to cerebral hem orrhage in 139 cases,48 cases of headache,epilepsy,34 cases,neurologic symptoms and other at total of 45 cases;by preoperative DSA(including CTA inspection not confirmed)after inspection diagnosis of cerebral arteriovenous malformation 201 c ases,by MRI/MRA and CTA examinationand cerebral hemorrhage postoperative p athological diagnosis of 65 cases;all patients undergoing surgery treatment(includi ng removal of hematoma and cerebral vascular malformation resection),the cure r ate in patients with more than 90%.Conclusion:cerebral arteriovenous malformation occurred in male,good hair age isbefore 40 years old,thefirst symptom is given priority to with cerebral hemorrhag e,DSA examination is the main way of early diagnosisof cerebral arteriovenous malformation,operation isthe main therapy to treat,cure rate is high.
