| Objective:Cardiovascular disease has become one of the highest motality disease in our country, and the morbidity of heart failure is on rise year by year, so more and more people begin to care about the complex treatment of heart failure. In this study, we will focus on Qiliqiangxin capsule and conventional western medicines of treating heart failure to explore different advantage and clinical efficacy in treatment of heart failure with Chinese medicine and western medicine, to provide technical support and theory for complex treatment on heart failure.Method:This study selected 80 patient with heart failure visiting Yanbian University Hospital between January 2013 and October 2014, according American Heart Association standard and Chinese medicine clinical research of new drug guid principles for heart failure diagnostic standard, cardiac function at level Ⅱ-Ⅳ, except acute myocardial infarction (AMI), persistent AF, heart valve disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, extaheptic and kidney disorders, multiple organfailure,80 patients with heart failure were divided into Chinese herbal treatment group (treatment group) and conventional treatment group (control). The two groups had no significatdifference in gender, age, patients’ condition (P>0.05), its’ distinction does not prove a statistical significance. The normal treatment of western medicine combined with Qiliqiangxin capsule (4 pills/time,3 times/day,4 weeks/course). Compareing TCM syndrome scoring, Lee’ scoring, LVEF, EGG, liver function and renal function before and after treatment in 30 min and observe the dinical curative effect. The therapy should be stopped once serious adverse reactions occurs and provide treatment. Experiment data was processed by SSPS 16.0 software for statistical analysis. T test and chi-square test was applied. If P<0.05, the difference was considered as statistical significant.Result:Statistically analysis showed that two groups had no significatdifference in gender, age, cardiac function, primary disease, disease course, TCM syndromes (P>0.05); TCM syndrome scoring and Lee’scoring decreased significantly after treatment (P<0.01), and TCM syndrome scoring and Lee’scoring decreased more significantly after TCM treatment (P<0.05); LVEF improved significantly after treatment (P<0.01), and LEVF improved more significantly after TCM treatment (P<0.05). Two groups were all successfully complete our study, checked EGG, liver function and renal function, blood test, urine test and routine test during treatment. The tests showed that the results were not changed significantly and all were in normal ranges. Anyone was not only stopped therapy because of serious adverse reactions, but also adverse reactions occurs after treatment.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine Qiliqiangxin capsule is very effective in treating chronic heart failure, either used combine with western medicine. TCM syndrome scoring and Lee’scoring could be decreased significantly and LVEF could be improved. Qiliqiangxin capsule could not affect drug metabolism or therapeutic effects, which reduces medication risks and extends the effect of medicine. |
