The Effect Of The Qiliqiangxin Capsule On The Expression Of Beta 3 Receptors And Calcium Pathway In Adriamycin Heart Failure Rats

Purpuse:Study the effect of the Qiliqiangxin capsule on the expression of beta 3 receptors 、calcium pathway(Phosphoprotein;SERCA2a)、 and BNP level,measuring the left ventricular ejection fraction by Echocardiography,To explore the therapeutic mechanism of Qiliqiangxin capsule on heart failure rats.our im is providing theoretical support the treatment of Qiliqiangxin capsules for Basis of clinical treatment.Methods:45 healthy male SD rats were provided,Assign Numbers for rats,rats were randomly divided into two groups,heart failure and normal control group,30 rats in model group were given intraperitoneal injection of adriamycin(the concentration of adriamycin in4mg/kg was dissolved in the injection water,and the concentration was 2mg/ml,just as2ml/ kg).The adriamycin will be injected once a week for six weeks.and 24mg/kg was the cumulative total.After 6 weeks we measured the BNP in rat plasma and LVEF of the two groups,Then the model rats were randomly divided into two groups again,all the rats have been divided into three groups: treatment group(group A,treated with Qiliqiangxin capsule),heart failure group(group B)and normal control group(group C).Raising and feeding them in the same environment,Adding the powder to 3ml distilled water according to the standard and the ratio just is 1.2g/kg·d,The total course of treatment is 6weeks.we need measue the concentration of β3 receptor、PLB and SERCA2 a,measure the serum BNP and LVEF again.Then compare the results.Results:1.After six weeks of modeling,we found that Serum BNP of the moldel group was significantly elevated in rats,but the LVEF was lower than the nomal contral group,(P< 0.05).The results showed that the model group SD rats were impaired in cardiac function and suggested the model was successful.After six weeks of treatment,measure the BNP and LVEF again,we found that,parallel group A with group c,BNP in the experimental group was higher than the control group,LVEF was just opposite,it has statistical significance(P<0.05),parallel group A with group B,BNP in group A was lower than group B,LVEF was just opposite,it has statistical significance also(P<0.05).2.After treatment,we measued the concentration of β3 receptor、PLB and SERCA2 a,parallel group A with group c,β3 receptor and PLB in the experimental group was higher than the control group,SERCA2 a was just opposite,it has statistical significance also(P<0.05).But parallel group A with group B,we found β3 receptor and PLB in group A was lower than group B,SERCA2 a was just opposite,it has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qiliqiangxin capsule can make β 3 receptor and phospholamban in the rat plasma down-regulated,SERCA2 a up-regulated and It can improve the heart function in rats with heart failure.
