Analyzing the chlorophenols in molluscicide by indoor experiment and analysis. In order to study the effect of molluscicide towards Festuca arundinacea’s,Cynodon dactylon’s and Trifolium repens’s seeds and their plants,we use petri dish germination test and potted plant experiments, it is a essential methods to explore the pentachlorophenol’s enrichment condition in plants and soil,and it is also a way of phytoremediation.1.This research has established a method of detecting19kinds of chlorophenol including MCPs,dichlorophenols,TCPs,TeCPs and PCP,and confirmed the best conditions of derivatization are1:1(volume ratio) and ordinary temperatures.The average recovery of the method are72.61%~116.37%(50μg/L) and80.81~108.70(200μg/L), the relative standard windage are2.78%~19.24%(50μg/L) and3.88%~18.73%(200μg/L), the replace internal standard(2,4,6-TCP) is106.23%~106.25%and the LOD is5-40ng/L.2.This experiment has proved that there are13kinds of chlorophenol in molluscicide,PCP is the main component with its concentration252.56mg/g,is about1/5of the total;TeCP is96.49mg/g(1/10),and others are very low;The total chlorophenol is about2/5of molluscicide,while the concentration is413.90mg/g.3.This article is to investigate the molluscicide concentration’s influence on Festuca arundinacea’s, Cynodon dactylon’s and Trifolium repens’s seeds,and the results show that the higher concentration is,the greater the influence will be,but there is difference among different species. In0.1g/m2and0.4g/m2, Festuca arundinacea’s and Trifolium repens’s germination potential(4d) are reducing significantly comparing with the control group.When the concentration are1.6and6.4g/m2, Festuca arundinacea and Trifolium repens are all inhibited.While in0.1g/m2,the Cynodon dactylon’s germination potential(4d) has decreased by12.50%, In0.4,1.6and6.4g/m2, the Cynodon dactylon’s germination potential(4d) are0, In0.1,0.4and1.6g/m2, the Cynodon dactylon’s germination rate(10d) is reducing significantly,when the concentration is6.4g/m2, the all germination rate are0.4.This exploration has study the the molluscicide concentration’s influence on plants and soil.The results show that:Before applying pesticide,the PCP is approaching zero,after1d,PCP has reached the maximum capacity in the plant of Cynodon dactylon and the soil of Festuca arundinacea and Trifolium repens;After15d, PCP has reached the maximum capacity in the plant of Trifolium repens and the soil of Cynodon dactylon and controls;After30d, PCP has reached the maximum capacity in the plant of Festuca arundinacea.PCP in the plant of Trifolium repens changed not obviously over time.The Festuca arundinacea’s and Trifolium repens’s BCF has reached the maximum after30days. Cynodon dactylon’s BCF has reached the minimum after15days. Festuca arundinacea and Trifolium repens can survive in20g/m2,but Cynodon dactylon can not.
