Trifolium pratense L.,a legume and an important forage plant grown around the world.They are originally used as a medicinal herb by native indigenous people of North America for whooping cough,gout and cancer,and others traditionally have used it in the treatmengt of asthma,bronchitis,coughs,athlete's foot and for eczema,psoriasis. Trifolium pratense L.contains several kinds of isoflavones in resent research.These isoflavones have a high potential in the prevention of disease.Trifolium pratense L.which is the native resource of En Shi of HuBei province,is selected for the object of study in this paper.With Trifolium pratense L.as raw materials,extraction and purification technology of isoflavonids was studied in the experiment and its bacteriostasis research.1) Separation and purification of isoflavones were performed on silica gel,and thin layer chromatography tlc,from the EtOAc fraction of the EtOH we extract 2 compounds,the chemical structures were elucidated by ultraviolet spectrum(UV),high performance liquid and chromatography(HPLC),1H-NMR and 13C-NMR,they were biochanin A and formononetin.2) The HPLC method for the simultnaeous detemrination of daidezin, geninstein and formononetin in Trifolium pratense L.was estbalished.The results of total isoflavones which were determined by UV are different from HPLC.Because the ethanol extraction contain... |
