Objective: Prepared by Electrospinning PLLA/gelatin (PLLA/Gelatin) nanofiber scaffold and chondrocytes,and evaluate itsbiocompatibility and explore its feasibility as a cartilage tissueengineering scaffolds for tissue engineering technique,in order toprovided repairing cartilage lesions experimental basis.Methods: First, in accordance with the PLLA and Gelatin massfraction ratio of3:7ratio join configured HFIP/DMF (98:2) solution,and the configured final concentration of10%of the spinning solution.
