Effect Of Yishen Jiedu Tongluo Capsule On The SphK1-S1P Signaling Pathway In Patients With Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:See the Sph K1-S1 P as the research point of tangency,To observe the effect of Yishen Jiedu Tongluo Capsule of patients with early Diabetic Nephropathy, in order to estimate the curative effects of Yishen Jiedu Tongluo Capsule on treating early Diabetic Nephropathy patients.Methods:60 early Diabetic Nephropathy patients being up to the standard were randomly divided to a control group(30 cases) treated with basis diabetes plus losartan potassium tablet,and a treatment group(30 cases) added Yishen Jiedu Tongluo Capsule to the patients of the control group.the course of treatment was for 90 days.The improvement of Traditelnal Chinese Medical symptoms before and after the treatment, the changes of the indexes of 24 h urinary mricroalbumin,urinary albumin/ creatinine ratio,cystatin c,fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose, Hb A1 c,blood Lipid,sphk1 active and so on were observed,in order to evaluate its efficacy and safety on early Diabetic Nephropathy patients.Results:(1)The assessment of the clinical effect between two groups:The treatment group showed 90% of effective rate and the control group showed 76.6%(P< 0.05).(2)while two groups of blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose and Hb A1 c compared with no statistical significance(P>0.05) before and after treatment.(3) To compare with urinary albumin/ creatinine ratio and Cystatin C:The two indexes were declined compared with pre- treatment levels,which indicated that there was a very significant diffe- rence between them(P<0.01), there was a very significant difference bet- ween the two groups after treatment for urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(P<0.01),there was a remarkable difference between the two groups after treatment for Cystatin C(P<0.05).(4)Compare blood lipid:The four indexes were declined com-pared with pre-treatment levels,which indicated that there was a very significant difference between them(P<0.01),there was a very significant difference between the two groups after treatment for total cholesterol(P<0.01),there was a remarkable difference between the two groups after treatment for the three others(P<0.05).(5)Compare sphk1 active:The two groups of this indexe were declined compared with pretreat-ment levels,which indicated that there was a very significant difference between them(P<0.01),there was a very obvious difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:Yishen Jiedu Tongluo Capsule has obvious curative effects on the treatment of early Diabetic Nephropathy and it has no any side effects, which can reduce 24 h urinary mricroalbumin,urinary albumin/creatinine ratio and the level of Cystatin C,regulate lipid metabolism and effectively restrain the active of SphK1.
