Effect Of Yishen Jiedu Tongluo Capsule On The Urinary NAG In Patients With Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective: To observe the effect of Yishen Jiedu Tongluo Capsule on urinary NAGofpatients with early Diabetic Nephropathy,in order to estimate the curative effectsof Yishen Jiedu Tongluo Capsule on treating early Diabetic Nephropathy patients.Methods:60early Diabetic Nephropathy patients being up to the standard wererandomly divided to a control group(30cases) treated with basis diabetes plus losartanpotassium tablet,and a treatment group(30cases) added Yishen Jiedu Tongluo Capsuleto the patients of the control group.the course of treatment was for90days.Theimprovement of Traditelnal Chinese Medical symptoms before and after the treatment,the changes of the indexes of urinary NAG,urinary2-mrieroglobuli,24h urinarymricroalbumin,Blood Lipid,HbA1c and so on were observed, in order to evaluate itsefficacy and safety on early Diabetic Nephropathy patients.Results:â‘ The assessment of theclinical effectbetween two groups:The treatmentgroup showed90%of effective rate and the control group showed60%(P<0.05).â‘¡Comperation of Traditelnal Chinese Medical Syndrome score:After the treatment,thesymptoms and signs in both groups were improved significantly(P<0.05).â‘¢Comperation of urinary NAG,urinary2-mrieroglobuli and24h urinarymricroalbumin:The three Indexes were declinedcompared with pre-treatmentlevels,which indicated that there was a significant difference betweenthem(P<0.05),there was a remarkable difference between the two groups.â‘£Comperation of Blood Lipid,blood gloucose and HbAIc:After the treatment, BloodLipidwas improved markedly than before(P<0.05),there was a significant differencebetween the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05). while two groups of bloodgloucose and HbAIc compared with no statistical significance (P>0.05) before andafter treatment.Conclusion: Yishen Jiedu Tongluo Capsule has obvious curative effects on the treatment of early Diabetic Nephropathy and it has no any side effects,whichcanimproveclinical symptoms,regulate lipid metabolism, reduce urinary NAG,urinary2-mrieroglobuli and24h urinary mricroalbumin.
