Four Of Simiao Yongan Decoction Combined Hardening Fufan Ghuangbai Liquid Treatment Oflower Extremity Arteriosclero Sis Obliterans(Heat Toxin Syndrome) Clinical Study

Objective: By of lower extremity arteriosclerosis occlusive disease(heat to xin syndrome) patients give Simiao Yongan decoction combined with compoundHuangbai liquid skin topical therapy clinical research, observation of patients with ulcer healing(including ulcer area, the depth of ulcer, ulcer granulation ti ssue morphology, edge of ulcer margin inflammatory swelling and pain relief d egree) and ankle brachial index ratio(ABI) change, so as to evaluate the selec tion of the clinical curative effect of treatment.Method: The lower extremity arteriosclerosis from 2014 March to 2015, bl ood vessels around the February Pingdingshan Municipal Hospital of traditionalChinese medicine obliterans(heat toxin syndrome) patients were selected into the overall, in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteri a of patients screened, 60 cases as the research object, the control group and t he treatment group of the 60 subjects were randomly divided into, the control group received routine treatment(hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering, antihypertensive,anti infection treatment) and clean dressing, the treatment group based on the same routine treatment combined with four Simiao Yongan decoction, in the pr ocess of dressing change in ulcer fufanghuangbai liquid for external application,2 weeks per course of treatment, continuous observation of 2 courses, change the record of the relevant indicators, and the results were analyzed by SPSS20.0 software.Results: The results of the study were as follows: the two groups were compared.:1 the cure rate, the effective rate and the effective rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05), and the no efficiency was significantly lower than the control group.2. The treatment group for ulcer area, the depth of ulcer, ulcer granulation tissue morphology, ulcer edge inflammatory swelling degree and relieve pain and ABI is better than that of control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3. Safety index: This study in the treatment group and the control group had no adverse reactions, two groups before and after treatment in patients with blood, urine, stool, liver function, kidney function and ECG no obvious abnormal changes.Conclusion: Simiao Yong An Decoction compound Huangbai solution for e xternal application of lower extremity arteriosclerosis occlusion heat toxin syndr ome patients ulcer healing process has a good role in promoting, can effectivel y reduce the ulcer area and ulcer depth is reduced, and make the ulcer surfacepresents good granulation tissue morphology and ulcer edge margin of inflam matory swelling degree was significantly reduced, the patients perceived pain i mproved, ABI display from distal limb blood for improving, treatment safety a nd effective.
