Study On The Correlation Of The Meridian Blocking Syndrome Of Depressive State And TCM Constitution

Objective: To study on the correlation occurrence, development and prognosis of the meridian blocking syndrome of depressive state,and the correlation of the meridian blocking syndrome of depressive state and TCM constitution.It investigates distribution law and the characteristics of the TCM constitution types for the meridian blocking syndrome of depressive state,the existence of physical predisposition,in order to give revention and treatment of the state of depressive meridian blocking syndrome with new ideas and research methods.Methods: Through Answering the“Rating Scale of TCM With The State Of depression” and the ”Rating Scale of TCM with the the Meridian Blocking Syndrome of Depressive State ”,including 187 cases of patients with the meridian blocking syndrome of depressive state into this study.To fill in Wang Qi’s “TCM constitution classification and decision table”.Then using SPSS 20.0 to set up a database and process data,to investigate the features and distribution law of common types of physical distribution of sick people.Results: the meridian blocking syndrome of depressive state is more common in young and middle-aged people.The incidence of women was higher than men,the age of onset of male and female is equivalent.City group were higher than those in the township of patients.Highly educated people have high prevalence rate.Patients with Yang deficiency, Qi deficiency, Qi stagnation, Peace constitution as the main TCM Constitution type.The main TCM constitutional types in the patients are the Yang deficiency, Qi deficiency, Qi stagnation constitution.Male patients are more common in Yang deficiency, Qi stagnation,Qi deficiency.Female patients are mostly in Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency, Qi stagnation.Patients with different ages have different types of Traditional Chinesemedicine constitution,less than 50 years of age patients have the highest proportion of Qi deficiency,Qi stagnation and Peace,more than 50 years of age patients have the highest proportion of Yang Deficiency.Under the influence of various factors, the gentleness is a kind of protection to human body. Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency constitution, qi stagnation, blood stasis, phlegm dampness constitution, damp heat constitution people in depressive and discomfort state are easier to suffer from depressed not Shu state block the meridians closed card.
