Ancient Literature Research Of Uroschesis Cured By Umbilical Therapy

Objective: Dig deep into the ancient literature of the thoughts, theories and methods of uroschesis cured by navel therapy, and make orderly research to analysis the medication and composition rules of navel therapy in the treatment of uroschesis, and then make systematic summary of commonly used single herb and the frequency of many herbs, and analysis the potency and smell of drugs, and then make summary of navel therapy in the treatment of uroschesis, to improve the clinical curative effect of uroschesis and promote the clinical and research development of uroschesis cured by umbilical therapy.Methods: Based on zhonghuayidian literature database, we established the information database of ancient medical literatures about the prescription and syndrome of uroschesis cured by umbilical therapy, and make research of the frequency of drugs and related drugs, combination of core, the law of compatibility about the treatment.Results: The total number of the prescription about uroschesis cured by navel therapy is 246, involving 39 drugs. The main drugs are salt, scallion, garlic, musk, snail, gardenia, lettuce, snails, plantain seed, earthworm, fructus malvae, saponins, akebia, and so on. The main methods of treatment are tieqifa, yunqifa, fuqifa, tianqifa, fengqifa, tuqifa, diqifa, fuqifa, fuqifa.Conclusion: The study found that the green onion and salt are commonly used drugs in the treatment of uroschesis; and the frequency of cold and warm drugs are roughly the same; and the main drugs are pungent and salty; and the composing principle of navel therapy in the treatment of uroschesis mainly are two herbs, three herbs and four herbs combination; the frequency of the two herbs combination are fistular onion stalk and musk. the frequency of the three herbs combination are scallion, ginger and fermented soybean. and the combination of four herbs are Fructus malvae, Fructus Gardeniae, talc and Mutong combination. There are 9 treatment about uroschesis cured by navel therapy, including tieqifa, yunqifa, fuqifa, tianqifa, fengqifa, tuqifa, diqifa, fuqifa, fuqifa.
