Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of transvaginal rectocele repair and postoperative clinical curative effect of Yiqi Runchang decoction in the treatment of constipation of anterior rectocele.Methods: Among the cases that meet the Diagnostic criteria of rectocele, 28 patients were selected to receive the treatment in order to observe and evaluate its efficacy.Results: After treatment, the clinical effective rate of 28 patients was 96.43%, and the efficient rate was 89.29% in three months follow-up. Comparing with before, we found that the main symptoms, signs and auxiliary examination results of patients were significantly improved(P<0.01).Conclusion: The operation helps to eliminate the weak area of the vagina that was caused by the rectum, together with traditional Chinese medicine to recuperate the body. All these can produce good clinical curative effect. The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can be used as an ideal choice for the treatment of rectocele constipation.
