The Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease At Stagy 3-4 Through Compound Rhubarb Enema

ObjectiveThis study was to investigate the relationship between TCM syndromes distribution and microinflammatory state in patients with CKD3-4 and the improvement of micro inflammatory state of CKD 3-4 in the treatment of compound rhubarb enema with Chinese herbal medicine for the treatment of CKD and its microinflammatory state in accordance with.MethodsIn this study,78 patients with CKD grade 3-4 were selected to be included in the standard and were dialectically classified.The patients were divided into treatment group(38 cases)and control group(40 cases)by simple random method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the traditional Chinese medicine Wendan decoction was added and treated according to syndrome differentiation.On the basis of this,the compound group was treated with compound rhubarb enema.After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,total cholesterol(CHOL),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were measured before and after treatment,(B),serum creatinine(Scr),cystatin C(CysC),serum albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(HGB)and other laboratory indicators.ResultsIn this study,we observed 78 cases(41%)of wet syndrome in 78 cases of CKD3-4,33 cases(42%)of damp-heat syndrome,11 cases(14%)of stasis syndrome,2 cases of water vapor syndrome(3 cases)%).Which mainly wet and wet heat syndrome,accounting for 83%of the total number of patients.(P<0.05).The hs-CRP of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the syndrome(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)(P<0.05),suggesting that wet turbidity and heat poisoning may induce and aggravate the inflammatory state of CKD.There was a positive correlation between hs-CRP and CHOL,LDL-C,Bun,Scr and CysC,and negatively correlated with ALB and HGB,and had no significant correlation with TG(P>0.05)Metabolic disorders,renal function,malnutrition,etc.are related.The clinical symptoms of the treatment group and the control group were improved after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the same group,the level of hs-CRP in the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the levels of Bun,Scr,CysC,CHOL,LDL-C in the CKD 3-4 patients were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while ALB was increased and the glomerular filtration rate(GFR)was increased.There was no significant difference in HGB between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).ConclusionsCKD3-4 microinflammatory state and TCM syndromes:damp heat syndrome>wet turbidity>blood stasis syndrome,water vapor syndrome.Compound rhubarb enema fluid retention enema can be removed through the role of Tongfu Xiezhuo CKD 3-4 patients in vivo wet turbidity,heat poisoning,water vapor,blood stasis and other real evil,and by reducing uremia toxins,adjust lipid metabolism,reduce micro Inflammation,correct malnutrition,in order to improve the clinical symptoms of patients,increase their glomerular filtration rate,and even protect the residual renal function,so as to delay the role of CKD progress.
