The Clinical Study Of Treating The Kidneyasthenia And Liver Depression Type Of Peripheral Menopause Syndrome With The Decoction Of Zi-Shen-Kai-Yu Combined Auricular Application Pressure

Objective:To observe the clinical study of treating the kidneyasthenia and liver depression type of peripheral menopause syndrome with the decoction of Zi-Shen-Kai-Yu combined auricular application pressure,and to explore its action mechanism.Method:Randomly devided 62 examples of climacteric syndrome Into treatment(with the Decoction of Zi-Shen-Kai-Yu combined auricular application pressure) and control group(With the Decoction of Zi-Shen-Kai-Yu), after 8 weeks of treatment, observe two groups of clinical symptoms, E2, FSH, and LH levels in the blood.Results:The statistical analysis of twogroups’ total effective rates proved that there were significant efficiency differences, the total effective rate of treatment group was 96.77%, while the total effective rate of the control group was 83.87%. Clinical symptoms of the patients in the two groups were obviously improved. In terms of the hot flushes and sweating, fatigue, joint and muscle pains, insomnia, depression, dizziness, palpitation, dyspareunia and other symptoms, there were statistical significance(P <0.05 or P <0.01). Two groups after treatment, the level of E2 in the blood is raised, while the level of FSH and LH in the blood is lowered, there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The decoction of Zi-Shen-Kai-Yu can effectively improve the clinicalsymptoms of menopause, the effect will be better when it combined auricular application pressure, especially regulating hormone levels in the body, relieving the hot flushes and sweating and adjusting emotions. Its action mechanism is through the overall adjustment of nerve endocrine disorder to improve the function of hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary axis and adjust neuroendocrine system and make the body achieve the state of yin and yang inequilibrium.
