| Objective The study by means of huanglian jiedu decoction treatment the clinical effect of the treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease(AD) patients and animal experimental study and to explore the clinical curative effect of huanglian jiedu decoction on Alzheimer’s Disease and possible mechanism of action, seek the effective treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for Alzheimer’s Disease.Methods This research is divided into two parts: clinical trial and animal experiment.
