Huanglian Jiedu Decoction In Treating Type2Diabetes And Clinical Observation Of Diabetic Rats Visfatin Fat Factor Chemerin, Experimental Study

Objective: to traditional Qingre Jiedu Decoction of Huanglian Jiedu decoction fromtheoretical, clinical, experimental observation on three obese type2diabetic patients, ofHuanglian Jiedu decoction combined with metformin on serum of type2diabetic rats,Chemerin levels of visfatin (visfatin) expression in liver of diabetic rats and relatedmetabolism indexes, analysis of fat factor (Chemerin, visfatin) and the correlation betweeninsulin resistance. Methods: clinical observation of60cases of Huanglian Jiedu Decoctionon blood glucose and lipid in patients with type2diabetes, fasting insulin, insulinresistance, weight index; animal experiment of high sugar and high fat diet fed Wistar ratsby intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ) to establish the model of type2diabetic rats, to observe the effect of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on type2diabetic ratsblood glucose and blood lipid, fasting insulin, insulin resistance and weight, the expressionof visfatin was detected by immunohistochemistry in the liver tissue, to observe thechanges of liver cell morphology by HE staining. Results: hljd decoction can significantlyreduce the blood glucose in patients with type2diabetes, lipids, glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting insulin level and insulin resistance index. And it can reduce the Chemerin level andliver tissue in diabetic rats serum visfatin in expression, improve insulin resistance andprotection of islet beta cell function. Conclusion: the clinical observation showed thatHuanglian Jiedu Decoction can significantly reduce blood lipid, blood glucose in patientswith type2diabetes, improving insulin resistance, has good therapeutic effect on type2diabetes mellitus. Expression of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction can reduce the blood glucoseand lipid in diabetic rats and decrease the level of serum Chemerin levels in diabetic rats and liver tissue visfatin, Consider for Huanglian Jiedu Decoction by regulating inflammatorypathway, so as to improve insulin resistance, strengthening of early diabetes intervention, delay theonset of diabetes.
