Objective:To study the efficacy and mechanism of daqinjiao Decoction in the treatment of idiopathic facial palsy of wind heat blocking collaterals typeMethod:1. The treatment methods: before treatment prior to treatment, the patients in the two groups were performed on idiopathic facial paralysis of the health education and psychological guidance, control group treated with hormone(steroids), nerve nutrition(Qian Anbei), improve circulation(Yin Xingdamo), vitamin B1, acupuncture and routine treatment, and give scientific nursing measures. Treatment group in the control group on the basis of taking daqinjiao decoction, daqinjiao Decoction provided by Hubei Province Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in pharmacy, patients since the fry, according to the traditional boiling method, each pay the medicine after boiling, then boiled for 30 minutes, each pay the medicine two times a day, each 100 ml, 2 weeks for a course of treatment, patients in the two groups were treated for 2 courses of treatment, the two groups of patients in the treatment of observation period were not taking drugs affect the study.3 curative effect observation: after 2 treatment courses, the patients underwent physical examination and physical and chemical indicators, and assessed the degree of facial paralysis, clinical efficacy, clinical efficacy of two groups, TCM syndrome efficacy.4. Comparison of clinical efficacy: before and after the treatment, paralysis of two groups of patients were obviously relieved. Treatment group were cured, 30%, markedly 36.66% and 26.67%, 6.67% invalid, 93.33%, 16.67% in the control group were cured, markedly 26.66%, 40% of the valid, invalid 16.67%,(83.33%), treatment group with efficiency is higher than that of the control group and the statistical analysis, differences in the total clinical efficacy of the two groups have statistical significance.3 Effects of TCM syndrome: before and after the treatment, paralysis of two groups of patients compared with the previous were significantly improved, treatment group cure 33.33%, markedly effective in 40%, 16.67%, invalid 10%, 13.33% in the control group were cured, markedly effective in 20% and effective rate of 36.67%, invalid 20%, treatment group, the effective rate was 90%, better than the control group, the effective rate was 80% and the statistical analysis, two groups of TCM syndrome differences have statistical significance.4. Safety observation: in the progression of the disease process, two groups of patients with hormone, treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) there were no adverse reactions and allergies, before and after treatment, and the progression of the disease process, check the safety index, normal.Conclusion:TCM daqinjiao decoction can improve patients with idiopathic facial paralysis clinical curative effect, worthy of clinical experience.
