Clinical Research On The Effect On ILl-1β Of Channels-acupoints Dredge Plus Pain Point Knead Dial Massage Manipulation Treatment Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Objective: To observe the Curative Effect of channels-acupoints dredge plus pain point knead dial massage manipulation in the therapy of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy(CSR) of and its effect on IL-1β, and to explore the mechanisms of channels-acupoints dredge plus pain point knead dial massage manipulation Besides, the articles will discuss the possibility of using IL-1β levels as a reference index to judge the change of illness state of CSR.Methods: According to "Chinese medicine clinical research guidelines" in CSR diagnostic criteria, June 2014- March 2015 period massage department in Wuhan City Chinese Medicine Hospital outpatient department and inpatient treatment of 60 cases of CSR patient included in the study. Newly diagnosed patients complete medical records, recording signs, symptoms, X-ray, CT, MR performance, are in line with CSR in Western diagnostic criteria. Random number table by 1: 1 were randomly assigned to treatment groups(massage combined cervical traction) and control group(simple cervical traction), for treatment. The treatment group received channels-acupoints dredge plus pain point knead dial massage manipulation and cervical traction treatment; the control group were treated by cervical traction. Both groups once daily treatment, continuous treatment for 6 days a week rest one day, were treated for two weeks. Patients before treatment and after treatment for each fasting blood pumping 2ml centrifuge retention after taking blood plasma concentration levels measured before and after treatment of IL-1β.
