Objective:to retrospective analysis of pancreatic diseases dysglycemia and clinical manifestations features, provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods:Collect cases of patients with pancreatic diseases, who were admitted to Yijishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College, from January 2012 to December 2014.According to etiology, there are 76 patients who were diagnosed as MAP(mild acute pancreatitis,MAP),46 patients who were diagnosed as MSAP(moderately severe acute pancreatitis,MSAP),27 patients who were diagnosed as SAP(sever acute pancreatitis,SAP), 28 patients who were diagnosed as CP(chronic pancreatitis,CP),and 157 patients who were diagnosed as PC(pancreatic carcinoma,PC), summarizing each performance in clinical and dysglycemia features. Results: 76 patients who were diagnosed as MAP, the average age is 53.2 years old, about 65.8% of patients with gallstone or choledocholithiasis or both,100% of patients with abdominal pain, about 82.9% of patients with nausea and vomiting, about 40.8% of patients with waist and back radiating pain, the average blood sugar after admission of 7.87 mmol/L,the average blood sugar during hospitalization of 7.25 mmol/L,the average blood sugar before admission of 6.29 mmol/L,the average white blood cell after admission of 11.0*1012/L,13.2% of patients with hypocalcemia, none of patients with hypoproteinemia, none of patients with bloody stools; 18.2% of patients with intestinal obstruction.54.4% of patients with hypoalbuminemia, none of patients with local complications and systemic complications;46 patients who were diagnosed as MSAP, the average age is 51.4 years, about 58.7% of patients with gallstone orcholedocholithiasis or both,100% of patients with abdominal pain, about 91.3% of patients with nausea and vomiting, about 43.5% of patients with waist and back radiating pain, the average blood sugar after admission of 9.58 mmol/L,the average blood sugar during hospitalization of 7.69 mmol/L,the average blood sugar before admission of 7.14 mmol/L,the average white blood cell after admission of 13.5*1012/L,about 13.0% of patients with pseudocyst, about 84.8% of patients with pleural effusion and ascites,,none of patients with pancreatic abscess, about 2.2% of patients with ALI(acute lung injury,ALl)/ARDS(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS),about 2.2% of patients with acute renal failure;27 patients who were diagnosed as SAP, the average age is 51.1 years, about 44.4% of patients with gallstone or choledocholithiasis or both,100% of patients with abdominal pain, about 96.3% of patients with nausea and vomiting, about 59.3% of patients with waist and back radiating pain, the average blood sugar after admission of 11.8 mmol/L,the average blood sugar during hospitalization of 9.63 mmol/L,the average blood sugar before admission of 8.98 mmol/L,the average white blood cell after admission of 15.5*1012/L,29.6% of patients with hypocalcemia, none of patients with hypoproteinemia,88.9% of patients with hypoalbuminemia, about 63.0% of patients with pseudocyst, about 96.3% of patients with pleural effusion and ascites,7.4% of patients with pancreatic abscess, about 29.6% of patients with ALI(acute lung injury,ALl)/ARDS(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS),about 14.8% of patients with acute renal failure.28 patients with CP,the average age is 61.1 years, about 39.3% of patients presented with drinking history, 39.3% of patients with gallstone or choledocholithiasis or both, about 25.0% of patients with history of AP, 78.6% of patients with abdominal pain, about 17.9% of patients with diarrhea, about 10.7% of patients with weight loss, about 10.7% of patients with anorexia, about 3.6% of patients with postprandial fullness, about 39.3% of patients with fasting plasma glucose higher than 6.1mmol/L, 6 cases of patients with diabetes history.157 patients with PC,theaverage age is 64.1 years, 82% of patients presented with abdominal pain, 87.2% of patients with weight loss,36.9% of patients with jaundice, 3.0% of patients with massive ascites, 6.0% of patients with diarrhea, the average of fasting plasma glucose of 9.12mmol/L with diabetes history, while the average of fasting plasma glucose of 6.00mmol/L with no diabetes history, 16 cases of diabetes history less than 3 years,14 cases of diabetes history more than 3 years or unknown,80.9% of patients with tumor metastasis,19.1% of patients with no tumor metastasis,64.3% of patients with carcinoma of the head of the pancreas,35.7% of patients with carcinoma of the body and tail of the pancreas. Conclusion: 1,Blood sugar of patient with AP is increased, to a certain extent, reflecting the severity of AP;2, Gallstones or bile duct stones are the main cause of AP,abdominal pain is the most common clinical manifestations, systemic complications often occur for SAP;3, With the progression of CP,there may be impaired glucose tolerance and diabetes late;4, For CP patient, abdominal pain is the most prominent symptom, and there may be diarrhea, anorexia, weight loss and other clinical manifestations;5, new-onset diabetes contributes to early diagnosis of PC;6, PC occurs in older patients, with clinical manifestations of abdominal pain, diarrhea, weight loss, jaundice and or so,and with the characteristic of earlier metastasis.
