Objective:Through the establishment of prenatal restraint stress rat model (prenatal restraint stress, PRS) from praxiology and the peripheral and central nervous system of the two aspects of advanced prenatal stress in different periods of offspring (Corticosterone, COR) and corticosterone (Interleukin-6 IL-6,-6 cytokine secretion) influence, so as to explore the effects of prenatal stress on the function of HPA axis role of cytokines and the most sensitive period. Methods:The pregnant rats were divided into prenatal stress group and control group, prenatal restraint stress group and control group of offspring rats were randomly divided into group (embryonic day 21 of gestation) in childhood group (6 weeks postpartum) and adult group (12 weeks postpartum). Are generally on the development, childhood stress group and blank group were nerve reflex activity and motor function detection.Agent was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbnent Assay ELISA) COR were detected in rat offspring of peripheral and central hippocampal prefrontal cortex in the loop; and the offspring of rats in brain tissue and serum cytokine levels. Results:Compared with Con group, Res group rats showed lower body weight (P<0.05), longer open time (P<0.05), repeat behavior, modification behavior, clustering activity decreases, aggressive behavior increases. Open field test res group stand number, cross grid numbers were significantly lower than CON group, (P< 0.05). The serum levels of IL-6 and COR concentrations in the serum of PRS and Con sub-generation rats were quantitatively and the results were obtained:the board in stress group in offspring rats serum IL-6 content was significantly lower than the control group; the childhood stress group serum IL-6 content of rat offspring than adult group was significantly lower than the control group; the content of COR of the rats in stress group were higher than that of control group; the content of COR generation rats in stress group and sub adult stage than children was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusions:The late pregnancy prenatal stress leads to offspring COR content of rats was increased; the late pregnancy prenatal stress lead to the expression of COR in rat offspring was significantly increased in the period of adulthood; the late pregnancy prenatal stress result in offspring rats decreased expression of IL-6 content; the late pregnancy prenatal stress induced expression of progeny IL-6 content rats decreased significantly during the embryonic period.
