Closed the meibomian gland of rats under the condition of dry eye symptoms, compared before and after the no significant different (P> 0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of dry eyes aspects, ghost needle grass has certain conditions, for its close the meibomian gland that does not produce effect. Currently only apply to the character of atropine eye drops. Ghost needle grass by beta, IL IL-1-4, IL-10, CINC-3, the difference of CNTF expression of signal transduction, can obviously improve the cytokine mediated by above of atropine eye tear secretion formed by lack of dry eyes, and to close the meibomian gland forming strong evaporation type dry eyes, only to the influence of IL-1 beta, the treatment effect is not obvious. Therefore believe that ghost needle grass by beta, IL IL-1-4, IL-10, CINC-3, CNTF, Fas Ligand transduction of cytokines, play to the role of the treatment of dry eyes, Fas Ligand in the atropine group guidance role in apoptosis pathway is greater than the inflammation factor signal channel; Closed meibomian gland set of lacrimal gland tissues IL-1 beta signal transduction plays a main role.
