| Objective: To objectively evaluate the efficacy and safety of chronic pharyngitis treatments by TP chemotherapy and Yiqi Yangyin Decoction.And further clear the Qingliyanhou Decotion treatment of Lung-heat Type mechanism of the treatment of Lung-heat Type curative effect of chronic pharyngitis,To further explore the theory basis of TCM treatment of chronic pharyngitis and the TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment methods of the disease,for the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine provides the theory basis for lung by wind-cold type chronic pharyngitis, to provide ideas to develop other effective new prescriptions, lay a foundation for research and development of chronic pharyngitis medicine.Methods:60 eligible cases,the application program is divide into randomized group of 30 patients treated Qingliyanhou Decotion and Pu blue antiphlogistic oral liquid control group of 30 patients,the treatment group receive Qingliyanhou Decotion treatment.7 days for a course of treatment,the control group was given Pu blue antiphlogistic oral liquid,7days for a course of treatment.A course of continuous treatment in both groups.Observational records,respectively, before and after treatment of clinical symptoms,signs,traditional Chinese medicine in patients, and to record adverse reactions.ResuIts:After statistical analysis,the treatment group and the control group both can treat the chronic pharyngitis effectively. The treatment group,the total efficiency: 100.00%,in the control group,the total efficiency: 96.55%.At the end of the two groups in the overall efficiency of the treatment were significantly difference.Treatment group on the symptoms,signs,symptoms were improved.In the process of the two groups of cases in the treatment of all adverse events did not happen.Meaning:The Qingliyanhou Decotion can improve the clinical symptomsã€signs of the chronic pharyngitis of Lung-heat Type effectively.lt can also prove that it is safe for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis. |
