| Objective:To eavluate the treatment of chronic pharyngitis spleen Liyan Tang(Spleen and Wet-type)the clinical efficacy.and further clarify the pathogenesis of spleen Liyan Tang tretment of chronic pharyngitis(Spleen-Deficiency Related Dampness Type) the efficacy of the mechanism,provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment and effective new prescriptions, new ideas.Methods:60eligible cases,the application program is divide into spleen randomized group of30patients treated Liyan Tang and Kim throat Liyan pills control group of30patients.the treatment group receive spleen Liyan Tang treatment.7days for a treatment,control group was given oral pills Jinsang Liyang.7days for a course of treatment.A course of continuous treatment in both groups.Observational records,respectively.before and after treamment of clinical symptoms.signs.traditional Chinese medicine in patients.and to recore adverse reactions.Results:After statistical analysis.the treatment group and the control group the treatment of chronic pharyngitis were effective.the treatment group.the total efficiency:96.55%.in the control group,the total efficiency:71.43%.At the end of the two groups in the overall efficiency of the treatment were significantly differerce.Treatment group on the symptoms,signs. symptoms were improved.The two groups during treatment in patients with adverse event did not occur.Conclusion:The Spleen Liyan Tang can improve the symptoms of chronic pharyngitis, signs. The treatment of chronic pharyngitis safe and effective tretment. |
