Objective: The research is to analyze the influence of safety and feasibility of myomectomy in pregnant women with uterine myoma, and to explore the effects of the delivery, puerperium and perinatal children during cesarean sections.Method: Selection of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University Department of gynaecology and obstetrics, Baiquan County Maternal and child health hospital from 2013 June to 2014 October were 37~~42 weeks pregnant, the pregnancy complication of 135 cases of pregnancy complicated with uterine myoma underwent cesarean section patients as research object, a retrospective analysis of the clinical data and the related cesarean section uterine leiomyoma of Bank of China excision of patients as the observation group, a total of 69 people; while the control group was only for cesarean delivery in patients with a total of 66 people. Detection of indicators are as follows: the observed group and the group of two groups of patients during and after the operation, and the effect on puerperal contrast analysis. Then the observation group and the control group patients were grouped according to the categories: tumor size classification: diameter larger than 5 cm for large fibroids group, and less than 5 cm for small leiomyoma group; the number of nodule body classification: the tumor number is1 for single myoma group, more than 1 persons for multiple fibroids group; according to the classification of the relation between tumor and uterine wall: intramural myoma and subserous myoma group group. To compare the observed group and the control group of two groups of bleeding in the operation time, operation time, hospitalizationtime and postoperative complication; then the observation group size between single myoma and myoma, multiple fibroids, intramural myoma, subserous myoma respectively between comparison and statistical analysis, to explore the feasibility of cesarean section was myomectomy and suitable conditions.Result:1. The observation group and the control group of intraoperative hemorrhage volume averaged 319.19 + 147.69 ml and 292.77 + 129.38 ml. T test showed no significant difference between them(p>0.05). The observation group and the control group, the average operation time was 84.11 + 30.70 min and 76.57 + 30.97 min. T test showed no significant difference between them(p>0.05). The average length of stay in the observation group and the control group is 6.55 + 1.59 d and 6.16 + 1.47 d. T test showed no significant difference between them(p>0.05). The observation group and the control group, the postoperative complications were 5 and 3. The results of X2 test show that the difference is not significant(p>0.05).2. In the observed group large fibroids group, small fibroids group respectively in operation time, intraoperative bleeding, hospitalization time and postoperative complications compared, by statistical test showed that the difference was not statistically significant p>0.05). And the two group and the control group compared the numerical observation, known numerical group of small fibroids group all the more close to the control group of the corresponding numerical. In the observed group single myoma group and multiple fibroids group respectively on the operation time, intraoperative bleeding, hospitalization time and postoperative complications compared, through statistical tests that the difference is not statistically significant p>0.05). And the two group and the control group compared the numerical observation, known numerical set of single myoma group all the more close to the control group of the corresponding numerical. In the observed group subserous myoma and intramural myoma respectively on the operation time, intraoperative bleeding, hospitalization time and postoperative complications compared, by statistical test showed that the differencewas not statistically significant p>0.05). And the group comparison of two groups of numerical and control, the observation group subserous myoma shows the numerical group closer to the numerical control group.Conclusion:1.Pregnancy complicated with uterine leiomyoma in maternal cesarean myomectomy Simultaneously is feasible.2.Pregnancy associated with myoma, single myoma and subserous myoma during cesarean section, safety in operation and hysteromyomectomy higher.
