Study On The Relationship For Anovulatory Infertility Between"Disease-Card-Symptom" Based On Factor Analysis

Objective:By studying the relationship between the anovulatory infertility"Disease-Card-Symptom", investigate the cause of anovulatory infertility disease distribution, the distribution of TCM syndromes, TCM syndromes and symptoms to establish its relevance, generalization leads to major traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of anovulatory infertility with different diseases and syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine; the symptoms of clinical medication, contribution degree, provides the reference for the treatment of anovulatory infertility with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:In this study, the clinical data of100cases of data acquisition on ovulation in patients with anovulatory infertility, the frequency statistics method, to understand the disease distribution; by means of statistical methods, analysis of TCM symptom distribution of anovulatory infertility; using the method of factor analysis, summed up the distribution situation of various syndromes.Results:1. The study found that100cases of anovulatory infertility patients, the following5related disease distribution:63cases of primary infertility,37cases of secondary infertility; premature ovarian failure in40cases,30cases of polycystic ovary syndrome,10cases of hyperprolactinemia, luteinized follicle not rupture syndrome5cases,15cases of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding (hereinafter referred to as anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding).2. Using the factor analysis method, the syndromes of anovulatory infertility were divided into six types:kidney yin deficiency syndrome, kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis, kidney yin deficiency and syndrome of stagnation of liver qi, deficiency of kidney yang, kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis, kidney yang deficiency and phlegm dampness stagnation. Emergence of kidney yin deficiency syndrome accounted for61%(kidney yin deficiency accounted for19%, kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis accounted for35%, kidney yin deficiency and liver qi stagnation syndrome accounted for7%), appear kidney yang deficiency accounted for39%(kidney yang deficiency accounted for25%, and kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome accounted for9%, and kidney yang deficiency and phlegm dampness stagnation accounted for5%), appeared blood stasis accounted for44%(kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis accounted for35%, accounting for9%). Thus, anovulatory infertility with kidney deficiency, kidney yin deficiency syndrome of kidney yang deficiency of statistics show that a significant proportion, also showed that blood stasis is the important pathogenesis factor in the process of evolution.3.By means of statistics, the TCM symptoms as a blood clot, with dark colors, the color red, bright red color, the quantity is little, before and after menstruation breast swelling, waist ache, aversion to cold, cold, lower abdomen, chest tightness, irritable insomnia, five upset hot, eyes dark, face dark or ring lip dark etc..Conclusion:The study found that, anovulatory infertility: for the distribution of primary infertility> secondary infertility; with primary infertility is more much see. Premature ovarian failure, polycystic ovary syndrome> anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding> hyperprolactinemia> luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome, in recent years, premature ovarian failure, polycystic ovary syndrome increased incidence rate. Factor analysis method for anovulatory infertility induced kidney yin deficiency syndrome, kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis, kidney yin deficiency and syndrome of stagnation of liver qi, deficiency of kidney yang, kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis, kidney yang deficiency and phlegm dampness stagnation, which accounted for61%of kidney yin deficiency, blood stasis appears accounted for44%, the treatment of the disease of kidney yin deficiency syndrome scale biggest the disease degree of contribution, contribution degree of blood stasis syndrome. In the study of disease distribution, found that5kinds of disease symptoms similar distribution, and provides a theoretical basis for the different diseases; also found that the degree of the same symptoms in5kinds of diseases in different, guidance on the role of different drug treatment of disease.
